I frosted this cupcake with white frosting. I cut a marshmallow lengthwise and frosted that as well. I placed that on top of the cupcake. The tongue is a pink marshmallow that I cut in half. The nose is a junior mint. The eyes are mini m&m's. The ears are Tootsie rolls. Microwave them for a few seconds and then place them in between wax paper and roll out.
