Chicken Parm Patty Sandwiches

Ingredients
  • A box of four frozen breaded chicken patties
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Spaghetti sauce
  • Aluminum foil
  • Hamburger rolls

  1. Bake the chicken patties according to the directions. I like to use the toaster oven for these. Typically at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Flipping each patty after 10 minutes.
  2. After the chicken has cooked remove from the oven.
  3. Place each patty on the bottom of a hamburger roll.
  4. Cover the patty with about 1 large spoonful of spaghetti sauce. Put as much or as little as you like.

  5. Put a handful of mozzarella cheese on top of the spaghetti sauce.

  6. Cover with the top bun.

  7. Wrap each sandwich in aluminum foil.

  8. Place back into the toaster oven/oven at 400 degrees and cook for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
