My mother always made this growing up. I still love it to this day. You can use cod or haddock.
Ingredients
- Cod or Haddock
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 1 cup of milk
Directions
- Put the butter, flour, and cup of milk in a saucepan.
- Heat until thick over medium heat.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Put the fish into a baking dish and pour the sauce on top.
- Bake the fish for 35 minutes.
- Enjoy!
