The first picture shows the garlic butter as it has melted onto a steak. It is amazing. It adds just the right flavor to the steak. The recipe can be found here. I cut this recipe in half and even that is still a lot of butter for the two of us to use.
1 cup of butter, softened
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon of garlic salt
1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon of ground paprika
In a small bowl combine all of the ingredients and mix until it has a smooth consistency.
