Ingredient
- 3/4 cup of honey
- 3/4 cup of soy sauce
- 1 small can of crushed pineapple
- A dash of garlic powder
- A dash of ginger powder
- 3 tablespoons of ketchup
- 1 small package of skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- Using meat scissors cut up the chicken breasts into small pieces. Place into the crock pot.
- Pour the honey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic powder, ginger powder, crushed pineapples and the juice into the crock pot over the chicken.
- Cook on high for two hours.
- Serve over white rice.
