O'hana is one of my favorite Disney restaurants. I love the salad dressing there. I found this recipe and had to give it a try. My husband and I both thought that it wasn't quite as strong as the one at the Poly but it was very good.. A close substitute for when we can't get into such a busy restaurant.

This recipe is from http://allears.net/din/rec_honlim.htm

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup of honey
  • 1 tsp of dry mustard
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 cup of cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup of lime juice
  • 1/4 cup of diced onion - I did not put this in as my husband does not care for onions
  • 1 cup of canola oil

Directions
  1. Put all of the ingredients except the oil in the food processor.
  2. Blend the salad dressing until it is
    smooth.
  3. Slowly add the oil until it is well incorporated into the
    dressing.
  4. Makes 2 Cup.
