- Cake mix and necessary ingredients
- Paper muffin liners
Prepare cake mix according to directions.
Line the muffin pans with the cupcake liners. Using the cookie scoop place two scoops of the cake mix into each paper muffin liner. After filling all of the muffin tins tap the muffin pan against the counter to get rid of any air bubbles. This will also distribute the batter evenly in the paper tin. Bake the cupcakes according to the cake mix directions. Cool the cupcakes and then frost!
