A healthy version of Banana Bread

ingredients
- 1/3 cup of margarine
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
- 2 ripe bananas mashed
- 1/2 cup of skim milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of walnuts chopped (optional)
using a mixer cream the margarine and sugar. then stir in the flour, baking powder, and baking soda. mix in the rest of the ingredients using the mixer.
