Low Fat/Low Cholesterol Banana Bread



Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup of margarine
  • 1/2 cup of sugar 
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/2 cup of skim milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of walnuts chopped (optional)

 
Using a mixer cream the margarine and sugar. Then stir in the flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix in the rest of the ingredients using the mixer.

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
