Ingredients
- 2 cups of diced or shredded turkey
- 2 49 oz containers of chicken broth
- 1 cup of diced carrots
- 1 cup of chopped celery
- 2 cups of cooked diced potatoes
- 1/2 a bag of egg noodles
- salt and pepper
Directions
- In a large pot over medium heat cook the chicken broth. Add in the turkey, carrots, celery, and potatoes.
- Add in salt and pepper to taste.
- Once the potatoes and celery have softened add in the egg noodles.
- Continue cooking until the egg noodles are soft.
